Feb. 26th, 2002 10:22 pmI had a dream about Snape.
This may not sound catastrophic to many people... Alan Rickman is, after all, a very fine speciman of a man, indeed. But Snape, on the other hand... I don't really like Snape! He's really a jerk, and he's terribly evil to the kids in his class, including my favorite character Hermione.
I think I should add that this dream was about a week ago... But I remembered it! It's been something like five years since I actually remembered a dream. It was kind of a Snape Lust Dream, I think... but different.
See, I was a first year. We'll say I was a Ravenclaw first year, but I'm really not sure. And Snape was Snape. A teacher, not a kid my age. And I think Harry and company were already going to the school... I vaguely remember first day-ish things. At any rate, my house, or at least those of us who were first years, ended up in the library. Which was embarassingly small in my dream. Like, the size of one of the small library rooms in the PC game, if you've played that.
At any rate, I'm wandering the stacks (which is totally me. books!) and I run into Snape. I don't know why he was in there, but I appologized for nearly tripping over him because he was crouched on the floor. But I remember totally getting that Huge Crush feeling right away. Which was... odd, yes.
But a few minutes later, there was a Big Noise (tm) and the lights went out. I was standing like in the middle of the library, apparently because I have a freaking death wish or something, and I didn't move when the Big Noise (tm) occurred. And for some unknown reason, Snape grabbed my hand and hauled me out of the middle of the room. And I woke up with the knowledge that Snape has warm hands.
I'm a total nutcase. And apparently in dire need of a date if I'm having dreams about characters I don't particularly like. But it was fun.
