Ok, update on Grandpa's house. Mom called The Asshole. I want to strangle him. He told her that they punched the holes in the wall because they were looking for the stud. Also, we got into the garage, because they left the key to the new padlock in the house. They've also stolen a brand new extension ladder, yay. We did find the dishes and dining room light. They were upstairs. The dishes were neatly packed away, which makes us think that the previous tenants packed them away for us at some point, which was nice of them. The dining room light was just thrown up there. Grrrr. Oh, and we're missing a dining room chair now. Those belonged to my great-great-Grandmother. And we fucking want it back.

We spent the day over there, doing more damage check, then pulling down everything from upstairs for the yard sale that may or may not happen next week. But at this point, it's looking like it will happen. This is fine by me. I am ready to get rid of that stuff. Maybe I'll clean my room this week and add more, we'll see.

Once we got home, we watched two DVDs. First off, Three Muskateers. Ok, it started out alright, and then they threw in this plot hole big enough to contain several barricades, and that was it. It wasn't that bad, and it had Tim Curry... But still. That was a huge plot hole, way too big for me to forgive.

But then we watched The Others, and I absolutely loved that one. Really a great movie. And a very good ending, one I certainly didn't see coming.

And a few quiz like things to keep me happy:

This pleases me. As a warning, I tried to get the Phantom result, and it looks like that particular page is down. Daam.

The sixth book written, you're nevertheless the first chronologically. You not only describe the creation of Narnia and tell where the White Witch, the lampost and the wardrobe came from, you get to bounce between worlds with the help of Uncle Andrew's weird magic rings.

Find out which Chronicles of Narnia book you are.

Honestly, I never had a favorite. I loved them all, and I never read one without reading all the others as well.
