sesanaWell, tomorrow we head to Indy for that Light the Night fundraiser walk I mentioned awhile back! The grand total of donations that I got is $89, and I'm quite pleased with this. Also, while we're there, we'll be celebrating my grandmother's birthday. We'll be back Monday afternoon, after which I will apparently go directly to my two evening classes. Yipe. That won't be fun. Nor will all the catching up that I'm sure to have to do...
Also, I'm listening to the London cast of Evita and damn, but Colm Wilkinson sounds very very different. He played Che, and... wow. Very very different from his Valjean. It was done about nine years before Les Mis. Evita is by no means a favorite musical of mine, but some of the music is nice.
And I'm still in shock over the fact that Les Mis is closing. I guess I'm just starting to process that this means that I'll likely never see it on Broadway. At least the tour is still going...
