sesanaWell, I did dress up! Mostly! I bought a pair of monarch butterfly wings, and I wore them with black pants and a black shirt. So I was sort of a minimalistic butterfly. *G* I wore that to work, which was just so much fun. The wings stayed open (I was afraid they wouldn't) and they fluttered nicely when I walked. And they're so pretty! Not bad for ten bucks, eh? *G*
I've been having a lot of close encounters with wildlife yesterday. Last week I nearly ran over a raccoon, and today I nearly ran over a squirrel. Last week, a deer darted out in front of the car in front of me in broad daylight. On Monday, I saw a buck standing beside the road at about nine at night. Yesterday, two deer ran across the road just in front of me (and into the college's front lawn, oddly enough), and today a buck walked across the road in front of me. So I've seen five deer in two weeks, which is remarkable even for this area (slightly suburban, but with a good deal of wooded area left).
