sesanaWell, first day of classes is over. I think it went ok, except for one thing- my favorite prof has apparently left the college. I am traumatized. I thought I would have two classes with her this semester, but instead I have two classes with The New Guy. At any rate...
Today I had Cultural Dynamics of Technology and Individual and Society. The tech class is a writing intensive class, which pretty much means that you're mostly graded on one big term paper. The class is pretty much as it sounds, and I'm hoping I can do the paper on what I want to do it on, the guillotine. Hey, it's technology! It had a huge impact on culture! *crosses fingers* Individual and Society looks ok. That's one of the classes with The New Guy. He seems pretty nice, but I still miss my favorite prof. *sighs* At any rate, not much writing in that class, so I'm *thrilled*. I mean, there's eight papers, but they're each roughly a page long. So that's not much, comparitively.
