sesanaIt's been one of those emotionally tiring days, both very happy and very unhappy at times, and in between just numbing. I hate days like this.
I had a dream about my dad last night. It was... difficult, and I remember it all, which is unusual for me. I usually forget my dreams, and this time I wish I would.
Then, on the really happy side, we found the baby blanket that my grandma made for me in the attic of my grandparents house while we were cleaning it out. It's been missing for roughly ten years, and I'm really really hoping it comes out ok in the wash... It's on the gentle cycle, but I'm still very nervous, since it is 21 years old and has been in a damp attic for the past ten years. Fingers crossed... I really don't need it to fall apart on me.
The rest of the day, while cleaning the attic was just... emotionally numbing. Tedious and tiring without being too much physical work. Still, my one shoulder aches. Although we did finally get to see the Special Editon DVD of Beauty and the Beast that I brought home from the library! I was terribly nervous about the new number, but it blended beautifully. God, I love this movie... My second favorite Disney movie, with my favorite princess. (my favorite is Sleeping Beauty *G*)
