I watched Sense and Sensibility today, and *sighs* I'm in love. Er, yet again. With yet another Alan Rickman character. I love that man. And Colonel Brandon is just lovely. I spent the movie half wishing that Marianne would overlook him, so I could have him. Sadly, I'm not in a Jane Austen novel. Sadly. Believe it or not, there were actually other people in the movie! I was actually charmed by Hugh Grant, which is a new thing for me. I have never cared for him one way or another. Kate Winslet was stunning, as always, and Emma Thompson was delightful too. I just loved this movie, got very involved. Mostly because of poor, sweet Colonel Brandon. Did I mention that I'm in love?
